Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

- The item arrives damaged, or  
- You receive the incorrect card  

All cards are sold as seen in the product images. Please review all images carefully before purchasing, as they form part of the item description and condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:
- Clear photos of the item  
- Photos of the packaging  

Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or  
- A full refund

Condition of Cards

All cards are handled and stored carefully. Any visible flaws or condition notes will be shown in the listing images or description where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind  
- Minor imperfections not clearly visible or typical of trading cards  
- Cards purchased without reviewing images
